The Supersonic Sc **** **** inch portable LEDTV with HDMI and FM radio was delivered on December 1, 2022. I have informed the company that it is defective. I bought it from ******* through ********** Sales, Order ******* and was told on February 23, 2023 that it was out of the return period. Later, it started cutting off by itself. It is useless. I was told to check the sleep timer and battery. My son checked and these were ok. I was then told to take it to a repair shop. The repair shop said that they do not do cheap products. Actually it can be classified as junk. The cost of this item was $ ****** so it should last more than 2 months. I spoke with ***** at Supersonic today and was told that I actually had 90 days to return it.Initial Complaint

ordered a dvd/stereo/boombox for $164 in 10/2021 for a Christmas present, I have been contacting HSN & supersonic (the company of the product) since christmas to tell them this was broken when it was opened & non functional, HSN has never replied other than to get more money from me Supersonic tried to get me to purchase more merchandise that would NOT have resolved the problem for almost half the amount I paid for the item already. They also drug out replying at all till it was well outside of the warranty & the only way to contact them was through e-mail....Initial Complaint

I ordered this watch. My company has a reward program. The intent for the Bluetooth smart watch ****** )was so I can use for fitness the watch stopped working less than a month after receiving it. I received it Jan 2022. I contacted the company several times with no response. I want a replacement watch and I'm not paying a cent
