      Dear BBB,On July 3, I purchased a pair of pants from Undefeated website. The product description did not mention any unusual shapes or fitting issues.However, upon receiving the pants, I discovered they were oddly shaped and looked unwearable. This significantly deviates from the product description and renders them unfit for their intended purpose.I contacted the business to inquire about a return or exchange. Unfortunately, they refused my request, citing their policy on "sale" items. While I understand sale items might have limited return options, the pants' condition goes beyond the scope of a regular sale and feels misrepresented.I believe the business should offer a full refund or exchange for this misleading product, regardless of the sale status.Thank you for your time and assistance in resolving this matter.Sincerely,*******

      Hello, my name is *********** just retired from 40 years of nursing and my colleagues gave me a retirement **** gift card I found later was valued at $140. I opened the package late eve of April 8. I went to ACE Hardware to use it for the first time April 10th, and it had a balance of only 54 cents! Someone stole the card info and made purchase even before I had opened the package! I called Kwik Trip where the card was purchased to warn of this they didnt care, shrugged me off.**** was contacted but they havnt approved help; so I am filing with BBB.I went to the **** Vanilla Gift card site, and it shows the transactions (See downloads). I immediately contacted the businesses where the fraudulent unauthorized purchases were made. "Hostwinds"=, very professionally, immediately refunded the card. "Undefeated" will not. I made over 10 communications with them. They will not help. They said they needed the details of the purchase- an order number. I kept saying it was fraud, I do not have that. We went round and round even though they have the **** transaction info; they have the Credit Card number and all the card info, they refuse to help, so I gave up and now contacting you. I am very sad my peers gave me this nice gift after working together to help people for so long only to be robbed and this business does not care. Very disheartening. WEB order O1002358D1F9

      I bought a pair of shoes from this business on 2/17. When they arrived at the *** hub in ***********, AR they were lost. *** made me aware they had lost my package. I was told since I was not the shipper, I cannot file a claim but an investigation would be open to find the package. It was unsuccessful after 3 days. During then I reached out to Undefeated and made them aware. The first email I sent was nice but after 2 more weeks I reached out via the Shopify app. This is where things got worse. I explained that the package was never delivered or attempted to be. After about another week, the package was found somewhere in the hub of *** in **. It never made another attempt because Undefeated requested the package returned. During this process, we were exchanging emails to find a resolution, but the person in charge of helping called me a scammer and said I outright refused the package upon delivery. This is wrong and I have my *** drivers name and number to support that the package never made an attempt to my home. Even when I shared screenshots of it not being available for me as a reciever, they ignored that and still proceed to call me liar. They have forced the return of the shoes and have charged me a restocking fee. The guidelines they proved do not apply to me when they requested the shoes back and they have emails of me stating I wanted the shoes. Since they characterized me as scammer they have refusing to refund my full amount. I want my full amount refunded because this was an error on *** and this was their decision to return it and not mine.

      Purchased a pair of **** Dunk Lows from the local store in ******* and they were a little too big. I had worn them for a grand total of about 20 minutes, but according to the store because I did that I couldn't exchange them for the smaller pair. Now mind you the receipt explicitly states the shoes can be returned within 7 days so long as you have the receipt and they're returned in the "original condition". But they're clean and look the same as when I got them, but the store continued to tell me no and find reasons why I couldn't return them. I will be filing a chargeback with my bank in order to get my money back since the return policy is a switch and bait. No pair of shoes will ever be in the same condition they purchased in if you admit to putting them on your feet and as such it's a deceptive business practice.

      Order Number:1260764 I has a person name ******* or ****************** respond to my inquiry. I asked to be escalated to a supervisor to which she refused. I ordered two pairs of mens sized 11 sneakers. I got via **** late I must add two pairs of kids sized 11PS or something sneakers. As a customer who has a prior order history with this store, I felt like they were trying to scam me by refusing to exchange or replace the items with the correct sizes. I do not have any children, nor do I know anything about kids sizes. At first, I just wanted to think this was ******* or ******* and her horrible customer service skills. But later I went and did some research and found multiple complaints on the BBB site as well as Trust Pilot and it appears the company does not take its public image seriously.I am requesting the company accept the product return and provide a full refund to the method of tender. As someone who votes with his wallet, I will probably never shop at this store again as I don't want to finance ********************* Contact info for company is ******************************* and the person who refused to escalate to a supervisor was responding from *********************************

      I placed the order on 2/2/23 for a total of $520. Right away i realized that i forgot to apply a 20% coupon code that the website offered. I sent them an email 5 minutes after placing the order asking them to either adjust my order by taking 20% or canceling my order. They waited days to reply and stated that it cant be adjusted. I told them that i said for the order to be cancelled then which they also refused. They also sent me a tracking number but non of the items have actually been shipped only the label was created. Ive emailed them several times but they refused to help me in any way. All i want is either the order to be cancelled or for it to be adjusted by 20%. My order number is *******

      Placed an order through the website and it was shipped out. It was allegedly delivered to me by *** who then confirmed they delivered it to a *** access point. Then they just completely said they lost it. Within this process of all of this I filed the claim with ***. They acted swiftly to resolve it and their policy is to pay the claim to the shipper. - undefeated. When you order online they don't have a customer service number. All communication is by email. I initially received an email from ******* saying she would look into it. Then when I forwarded her the resolution from *** she informed me that she would not accept that and would wait until *** got in contact with her. I also told her as a second option you can reach out to *** claims dept to confirm the information I sent over so that I am able to be refunded. My response was no. I also reached out to *** who confirmed again that the claims info was sent electronically and undefeated c/o ******* would have received it INSTANTLY. I provided her with that information as well. After that the email chain has dried up. No response. I called the store and was told that online was separate and they can't help me. From a customer service standpoint if someone brings revenue to your business and the product they ordered did not make it to them I would think that the business would see to it that the client was refunded or received a replacement. Not with undefeated. Not with *******. Should we blame Covid like everyone else does with everything else? I dunno. I just would like my money back and To never give this business a slight view. And I also would tell my friend and family to not support them. They owe me $242 and I want it back,

      I placed order #XXXXXXX on their website. While i was still waiting for the item to arrive, i received a refund notification from them, saying that the item i purchased was returned back to them. However i didn't request to cancel the order. I checked the tracking, which is ******************* and it shows that the item is returned per the request of the sender. The problem is, i was still charged a 20% restock fee of the product value, plus the shipping cost, while they solely made the request on their end to the carrier to return the item. Therefore being charged for the fee is not fair to me.
