    It was a nightmare to do business with them. Same story as the other reviews. Increase the original price, held my merchandise hostage in their storage and delayed delivery by almost 2 months. Damaged and stole most of my merchandise. One of their salespersons suggested I pay $10,000 like the big companies with large shipments to get my stuff within 21 days and I had only merchandise that fits 5X10 storage unit. All the employee and on top their president are big scammers. Their pickup driver are cheaters. They sneaked and put two different labels (numbers) on each item and each box when they were loading in their truck to inflate the number of items and inflate the price and it worked because I didn't find out until after the delivery but at that point I have already paid the increase they imposed. When I complained they referred me to their claims department and their claims department keep delaying processing my claim that I submitted via their system pretending and claiming that I have not completed entering the information requested. I tried to send it by post office and their facility only picks up the mail once a month because of coved as they lied to me and that is in state o Florida which don't have those Corvid restrictions. They are trying to delay it so the 9 months filing period will expire soon. I have never ever seen such a fraudulent business in my life. I don't how they are getting away with this. I know they changed their name from Kangaroo due to the amount of complains they received. I want to be compensated for my losses (refund the price increase, delayed delivery penalty, stolen and damaged goods). The delivery driver who was an outside contractor was very nice. They told him I was old and alone and he can play games but he refused to listen and wrote down most of the things he found damaged or missing including 40 missing boxes and let me take a copy.

    To better understand and validate all the consumer claims/complaints we respectfully request that the consumer submit copies of the contracts they have received from the company, they allegedly have had transactions with to determine and validate the company they are attempting to file their complaint against. This will confirm the interaction between both parties and ensure a fair investigation for both the customer as well as the company.

    We respectfully request that the consumer provide the following supportive Documents (FRONT AND BACK):

    ● Bill of Lading (contract)
    ● Order for Service
    ● Household Goods Descriptive Inventory (both pickup and final delivery copies)
    ● Proof of any financial transaction made with the Service Provider (receipt, bank statement, etc.)

    We urge the customer to submit additional information as soon as possible so that we may address their issues. Be sure to highlight any notations made at the time of service implementing said concerns.

    We strongly believe that with mutual consideration and understanding, we can easily reach a fair resolution and keep the relationship between all parties in good standing.
