Twin mother when we got honest company newborn we noticed both babies would have major leaks within 30 minutes of diaper change. When notifying the company no one ever responded. Months later I have 12 packages of honest baby size 3 diapers I received at my baby shower and 90% of them the tabs are either not on them or they fall off instantly. Being a twin mom diaper changes in itself are chaotic and the diaper quality is substandard. I called the company today and gave numbers on the diapers and was told that because we have no proof of purchase nothing can be done. We are just -out- the $150 worth of defective diapers. They did offer 10% off my next order which is disappointing. Why would I order more diapers when I have roughly 290 diapers that are defective. This business practice isnt very honest I might say. Bought a Melon color lipstick, *****************, at a Cracker Barrel Restuarant a while ago. I loved the color. I did not like that the "cap" of it kept coming off in the side pocket of my purse. Ni did not like that when I last tried to out on lip color before going into church that the mostly unused lip color broke off and fell on the asphalt next to my open car door. I retrieved the fallen mostly unused lipstick and put it back in the tube. I just texted Honest.com with a request to "exchange" the product (I'd return the great color but poorly manufactured lipstick) for their review. The website does not provide meaningful 2 way communication. I opened a Request there. Still no meaningful interaction. Very disappointed Honest.com does not have Customer Support. Why buy? It was a beautiful color, but faulty tube cap, faulty strength of color in the tube. Just saying. *** bad I will have to find a replacement brand since Honest com does not support exchange offer as an opportunity to correct manufacturing faults.Review from JESSICA N

I had been a loyal customer until an order of diapers was not received but the delivery said it had been delivered. When I contacted Honest, I provided them with the delivery picture (which was the package against some random wall) along with 6 other successful delivery pictures from previous deliveries that showed packages at my front door. I told them that the delivery company they hired marked my package as "delivered at door" and took a picture but that obviously the package was not delivered. All Honest said was that I should file a police report and they would not refund or replace the items. I was in contact with customer service several times and they kept saying that since the package was marked as delivered, they were not responsible. So they ship out products and it doesn't matter where they are delivered or if the customer ever actually gets the product. ********************** doesn't care and does not stand by there products.Review from Edna V

Wow something is totally up with thie company. Their customer service is no help at all. Im so glad I cancelled my subscription. They probably got over seas customer service helpers when we got USA people that need work. Its just sad.Review from Kathleen C

I bought the make-up removing cloths, but threw them away when I discovered they were manufactured in China. I never buy products made in China if I can help it. I should have checked before purchasing. I will buy from “almost” any other country.Review from Mandy F

Contacted the company about a lot of diapers that had loose elastic in each diaper, which could potentially be a choking hazard if the baby got a hold of it, and not to mention my baby was 13 months old when we used these diapers for the first.time (they were a gift) and it was the first time she ended up with a rash/yeast infection on her entire 13 months of life. I found it odd that it started right after we started using the diapers. So I contacted the company about the issue, they requested lot number, how many diapers were affected, and pictures. I provided all they asked for and then never heard from them again. I have emailed them multiple times then saying they are a bad company for ignoring my issue and STILL have not heard anything back from them. I actually threw the rest of their diapers away and will NOT recommend them or the company to anyone.

As an expectant mother, I loved that Honest has many products that are EWG-certified for me and the incoming baby. I bought many of their make-up/skincare products, diapers and multiple multi-packs of their baby wipes.
So far, I'm happy with the skincare products I've used, but I opened one pack of wipes to find that there was a bubbling, yellowish brown fuzzy growth around the outside of seal. I checked the rest of the packs and they all had it. It's supposed to expire July 31st next year. Can't seem to submit the lot number on here, but it starts with AC2021z Purchased at Amazon Fresh. Now I'm worried all my other multi-packs, which I bought around the same time last month, have this gross growth in it. I'm worried it won't be safe for me or my baby to use.
I see similar videos and complaints on Amazon. Honest Company, please look into this or you will upset valuable customers. I *** have to look into another company for wipes because now I'm worried they're all like this and unusable (unless you have an explanation for the discolored growths and bubbling around the seals of the wipes).Review from April A

I placed an order on 6/26. Received an email on 7/1 saying order had been delivered. I contacted Honest Co and let them know the order had not been delivered to my address. Emailed until 7/12, when I received a response that there was nothing they could do and advised me in the future to have my orders delivered to a FedEx hub instead. I am very disappointed in this company and will never order from them again. I can't believe they do not insure the delivery of their products.Review from ME B

Since this company updated/ changed their diapers recently, we have had such frequent incidences of diapers falling apart and tearing, leaking, etc and the gel disintegrating after being worn ( and not even too wet or soiled). So many times we have had to struggle to clean the tiny sticky gel pieces that stick everywhere. We usually order directly from Honest or from Target. After being a loyal customer for 4+ years now, we are so sad and frustrated with the lack of quality control for the updated diapers. At first we thought at first its just a bad batch but it kept happening repeatedly with different prints , many of their newest prints that we have come to realize its just poor quality.We are now stuck with so many unopened sleeves of these terrible diapers that we don't want to risk using on our baby. We are finally switching to another brand.
