Date of transaction 10/21/23. I contacted Ibarra Rental Party for rental of a Jumper, Chairs, tables and canopy for my son's birthday. I paid $100 deposit zelle and had a remainig balance on day of delivery of $850 which was agreed. On day of delivery they expected me to pay in cash and I was not aware as I was prepared to zelle as before. They said if you zelle it would be a total of $1,045 instead of $850 as per invoice. I asked them if I can go to the bank and pull the $850 cash but they said they could no wait for me so they left me no choice but to pay the $1,045. It was the day of my son's party and they knew I had no choice but to pay more. I felt like they ripped me off and I was never told I had to pay in cash or pay an additional $195. Very disappointed and frustrated.
