I ordered a dog harness from them on September 18th 2024. I have never received even a confirmation or harness. I contacted them several times to no avail. They received the money the same day. My experience with them was irritating at the least plus the loss of money. I have now found a more efficient company.Review from Nancy W

Run away - don't walk away from this company, allegedly based in ************I ordered a harness from TrueHarness in April, the purchase was charged to my credit card on April 16th. On June 27th, I contacted **************** in search of my purchase. A few hours later, I received a response - "your order has already been shipped form our warehouse ... Therefore, I am unable to make any cancellations to it at this time." DoggyKingdom, a competitor, has the product and customer service that is worth the money!Review from Ethel S

I ordered a pair of dog clippers from Trueharness this month and when they arrived, the box was crushed, the attachments were not packaged in plastic like they should be and scattered all over. I tried the clippers on the dog and they didn't cut on any level and pulled the hair. I had charged it fully. Checked all the things I usually check on clippers to see what was wrong and still the clippers didn't cut hair. So, I emailed Trueharness to see if I could get another pair sent. It took 3 weeks to get these. Bottom line, they just want me to go down to the post office and pay money to send it back to them and they claim they will refund my $40.00. Why not just send me a working pair of clippers? I believe this business doesn't care. They scammed me for $40.00.Review from Jerry W

I received the harness and found it to be of poor quality. The strap that goes across the dogs chest would stay connected. I would never recommend this harness. It's my opinion that the true harness is trashReview from Donna F

So very disappointed! The harness arrived with straps stitching already pulling away from the strap below it. Also, the reflecting strap only went about 1/2 way across the chest. I sent photos, but they stated the actual harness may not look the same as photos on the website. Sent multiple emails trying to get an address to return the harness, but they only offered, first, a 15% refund and then a 20% refund. Their return guarantee is bogus! Plus, I bought the same type harness from another company and received it in three days versus the three weeks it took to receive the True Harness.Review from Amanda M

This company is trash. Total scam. They charge your card and you never get the product. If you click the link they give you to check your order status....it leads to error...page does not exist. No # to call. Emailed 2x and sent a message on Facebook....still no response. Zero customer service, zero product, zero everything except the money they stole from me.Review from Mary Kay S

I ordered 2 harnesses. One of them ripped after only being worn a few times. The fabric was thin and threadbare at the spot. I contacted customer support several times, sending pictures and asking for an exchange. I was offered one at 50% off, the same deal they were offering on their website. Their 60 day guarantee is not at all accurate. The return policy states product cant be worn, and has to be returned within seven days. Buyer beware.Review from Susan C

When I pay good money for a product and it does live up to the hype I must let other unsuspecting consumers know via reviews that the product DOES NOT LAST. Very cheaply made with a plastic buckle which broke after 3 months and strings hanging everywhere that my dog would choke on if not removed. Very disappointed in this product.
