I first noticed unauthorized charges from multiple companies in **** 2024, and found accounts were created in my name, leading to a series of unauthorized transactions. To prevent further issues, I changed my bank account information. However, upon reviewing my accounts, I discovered eight unauthorized charges from Resume.co.Despite my repeated efforts to resolve this matter directly with the company, they have only provided partial refunds and are refusing to address several earlier unauthorized transactions.I discovered unauthorized charges to my account beginning in February 2024. After changing my bank card in **** 2024 due to the fraudulent activity, Resume.co continued to charge my account. I reached out to Resume.co requesting a full refund for these unauthorized charges, but they only refunded three recent payments, citing a 90-day refund policy that neglects the earlier unauthorized charges.- **February 5, 2024** - $1.95 - **February 12, 2024** - $27.88 - **March 12, 2024** - $27.88 - **April 10, 2024** - $27.88 - **May 10, 2024** - $27.88 - ****** 11, 2024** - $27.88 - **July 9, 2024** - $27.88 - ******** 8, 2024** - $27.88 - ******** 21, 2024** - $27.88 (Refund for ****** charge)- ******** 21, 2024** - $27.88 (Refund for July charge)- ******** 21, 2024** - $27.88 (Refund for **** charge)### The Problem:Resume.co has refunded only three charges from ****, July, and ****** 2024, but they refuse to address the earlier charges dating back to February 2024. Additionally, I find it concerning that they were able to continue charging my account even after my card was replaced in **** 2024, which further emphasizes the need for a thorough investigation.I respectfully request a full refund for all unauthorized charges, including those prior to May 2024. I also request an investigation into how the company was able to continue charging my account after my card was replaced.Initial Complaint

False advertising on through a ****** search conducted Sunday July 14, 2024. Advertising states that you can create a free resume but it is misleading consumers because in order to download it you are forced to pay out of pocket. It also says it has premium features however it does not state that downloading your resume is a premium feature until you click the download link on the website. I have spent many days on websites including this one and it is actually causing distress while trying to find a job making it harder to follow through in finding employment and the search to creating a resume legitimately for free.
