I worked at Care As One for several months and it was one of the worst experiences of my professional career. The company's ***, who was also my direct boss, was extremely unprofessional and would frequently lie about important matters, including my pay.Despite agreeing on a salary and a payment schedule, the *** consistently failed to pay me on time. When I confronted him about the issue, he would make excuses and try to shift the blame onto me or other employees. I also witnessed him lying to other employees about their pay and bonuses, which created a toxic and distrustful work environment.In addition to the pay issues, the *** had a terrible management style. He would micromanage every aspect of the business and frequently change directions without any clear explanation or rationale. This made it nearly impossible for employees to do their jobs effectively and caused a lot of unnecessary stress.Overall, I would not recommend working at Care As One, especially if the *** is still in charge. The lack of professionalism, the lying about pay, and the toxic work environment made it a miserable experience that I would not wish on anyone.Review from Joanne C

I have been doing recruiting in the IN HOME CARE INDUSTRY FOR OVER 5 YEARS. I was in HR for over 30 years before that. How many loved ones have we known who want to live in their homes vs. assisted living?
I just started using Care As One and In one week they brought me better and more candidates then I have had through all other agencies. We have 3 new hires from them and they partner with you vs. just sending you candidates. As we know, this industry is only going to grow as in the next several years as the aging population will need Caregivers in their homes.
I am passionate ***** this industry and we need more agencies like mine to invest in a company that supports the mission of finding caregivers for our loved ones and eventually ourselves.

CareAsOne is one of the best investments I've made in my ************ business. Well worth the money and unmatched in its proficiency in targeting Caregivers/CNAs and providing qualified applicants. Because they only provide CNA and Caregiver applicants, I don't have to sort through Baristas and Hairdressers when I need qualified candidates. My best hires and longest-standing Caregivers came from CareAsOne. CareAsOne is a company to watch as it continues to add innovative technologies and processes to help my business grow.Review from Mark T

We have been feeling the sting of recruiting Caregivers and traditional methods of Job Search Engines were not getting us enough "Qualified Caregiver Candidates". CareAsOne has been exceptional in sending to ** 32 qualified candidates in the last 30 days. Our time is valuable to the success of our business. Recruiting Caregivers is a full time job. Knowing that the laborious task of discovering "Qualified Caregivers" is being carried out daily by CareAsOne is saving our company valuable time and money. I've used pretty much every method out there and am always looking for better solutions. I saved a lot of time because the majority of my applicants were actually qualified and looking for work. I hired within the first week . Their app made it really easy to communicate as well. There are very few lead generation tools out there for strictly caregivers. I guess what makes them better, which the sales team told me too, is that they are real time caregivers applying instead of getting random resumes from other sites. I used Care As One to help find Caregivers to hire. Our sales representative was named Jay. I purchased a monthly plan and Jay guaranteed 10 candidates a month with a promise of no charge for the next month if that number was not met. The 10 candidates were not met for any of the first 3 months. They still charged me for those months, with a promise that we'd get 30 candidates the next month. Those numbers were obviously not met, so I refused to continue to pay them. They told me I would not be charged for the next month, but of course the charge still appeared on my card. When I told Jay that I was charged, he apologized and said I would be reimbursed right away. Not only was I never reimbursed, but I was charged again the next month. Every time I follow up with Jay, he says that I'll be reimbursed by the end of the day, which never ends up happening. Care As One is a joke of a company.Review from Alan M

This is a different and more focused solution for hiring caregivers. The biggest thing for me was efficiency and it saved me a lot of time and energy. Plus, they are really flexible. I had a dedicated account manager whenever I had some questions. It seems like they're continuing to add new features to keep helping me.Review from Christian S

CareAsOne is one of the best investments I've made in my Right at Home In-Home Care business. Did the starter package. Love that it's just a month to month with no contract. Got more than the plan said, I was supposed to get 10 and ended up getting 13 and hired 2. Like the app a lot too.
