I purchased beginner parent-tot swim classes on 4/13/2022 for a set of 4 classes 30 mins each at *** for the month of may with an enrollment fee of *** that totaled **** . I had mentioned to the associate that I only wanted to take 1 month of classes and she said that my card wouldn't be charged. I only took the 3 lessons and did not attend the last one. SWIMRIGHT academy still charged me the *** and I called to get reimbursed and they said they couldn't do anything about it so I made a claim with my bank and told SWIMRIGHT I wanted to cancel my enrollment. They told me it was cancelled and lied since it was supposed to be through the app but no one told me or guided me through the process of cancellation. I have been robbed and they have lied to my bank saying I took the classes because I only attended 3 30 mins classes . I emailed the manager ************* and she was of no help either this company has a terrible policy and did a horrible job of handling this situation and had the audacity to reverse the claim and rob me of my money .Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2022/09/15) */ All of our policies, terms, and conditions are displayed openly and must be signed and agreed upon before any services are rendered. If this client says that we reversed a charge with their bank then that must mean we were able to show proof that they signed and agreed to our policies as those situations are handled completely by third parties (banks, credit card companies, etc.). Our internal records indicate that this person did not follow the proper steps necessary to prevent being charged for an additional month of swim lessons as clearly explained to them in person, in writing, and in the billing contract she signed when joining the program.
