This company is a scam from the word go and everything they tell you is untrue. They told me they would run a soft credit pull on on my credit and yet they wanted me to unfreeze my credit with my credit agencies and I refused. They still tell me its a soft pull and I disagree. I know this process very very well. Do not believe a thing they say. I shouldve investigated further and now they have my information but thankfully, my credit is locked always. If that is something you should always do even if you have to pay for it.

Two times now I have applied and asked for a list of contractors to contact and they refuse to send me a list. They have already pulled my credit 2 times and have never sent me a list of approved contractors for my project. I did get an unsolicited text from a contractor without ever inquiring on a website or any other method almost like they are feeding leads to contractors to get kick backs.I applied because I have a need for repairs and want to get them done as soon as possible not waiting months for a list of contractors that ******* works with. Now I have to go to another company to have my credit pulled yet again for this!Review from cecilia a

this is by far the worst company to work with. very shady.. ****% interest.... huh yeah right... when you're done paying off it is more like 20-45% interest. the billing is horrendous, i sent the form and a voided check to set up autopay and i keep getting dropped from autopay which causes my account to be late. so far 3 late payments. autopay work one month and then the following month it doesnt..a lot of excuses: the bank returned your check, your bank can't find your account mind you this is the bank i use everyday. long story short.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE PAYING AN UPWARDS OF 20-45% MORE... i am a very unhappy customer and i will not recommend this company even to my worst enemy. RUN AWAY!Review from Juan B

This company ripping people off with thier high %, i don't really recommended because on time when need a loan, we not paying attention. They think they are under control and is not because any wrong doing I'm gonna *** them.Review from Juan M

So I was contacted by an outside consultant, was told I would pay a fair amount for energy efficient windows, yet when I got my contract from Pace Funding, I was shocked to see I had to pay a really high price. I called them and they first told me they could not find my contract number. Finally they found my contract number and was told the I had to pay the full amount in order for them to remove a lien, which I was not told I had or would have a lien on my house because of the project. Upon reading all these reviews, I am now uncertain whether I should pay the full amount they are asking for, or what to do? If anybody can assist me and or point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it. I have four three different contracts, with three two different financing companies and one contractor. I am so lost and do not want to lose my home. Please help.Home Run Financing Response

That doesn't absolve them. I got the loan from them, so they need to send me my payoff. Their excuse makes no sense. I have no contract or relationship with David Taussig & Associates. Help me make it make sense.Review from Elizabeth E

This company is unethical my mother was missed informed from the begining. She was supposed to have 3 days after signing to reconsider yet they started working the next thus she felt it was too late to reconsider. They were very aggressive and the pricing originally given was less than what the end cost was by far. This company is the reason why they say buyer beware.
