Cars are dirty when picked up and not prepared when I showed up. Had an appt. Never answer the phone. Main issue is ** getting different answers on why my deposit is delayed. Today they wont reply. Its $200 and I want my money back. Everything about these guys is unprofessional.

Horrible company to rent from! I started renting from them at the end of January, & at that time the cost was $378 per week. In March the price rose to $396 per week. I was never notified, I found out while trying to make a payment. I had to call MULTIPLE times because they hardly ever answer the phones. Rideshare rentals has contracts with *** boys so when you need an oil change you just schedule an appointment and rideshare rentals pays *** boys. This was another horrible experience because the staff at *** boys in ******** was starting to look at me sideways when I would come in for an oil change because it was SO hard for them to get paid! I had to give the *** boys staff ALL the numbers and email addresses that I have to help them get paid! Talk about embarrassing! I fell behind on payments and was unable to work but as soon as I started back working I would pay a day or two maybe even three when I had it. So May 4th I worked overnight and well into the morning. At 3am I made a payment for $459 and that left me owing one more day until I was all caught up! I went home and went to sleep got up and got ready to work, expecting a BIG weekend so I could be caught up and pay more for the week coming up! (First Friday, cinco ******* etc) But they repossessed my car after I just paid $459 less than 8 hours prior! In total Ive paid over $5k and after being a week late you repo it after absolutely NO communication with me whatsoever! I did get emails telling me that I was late, and they also said dont respond because this is an unmonitored email address. I knew I was late but NEVER knew I was in danger of repossession and felt as long as I pay something I was in good standing. Rideshare rentals is a horrible company that doesnt care about their drivers and they are extremely hard to get in contact with!

Listen this company is not good at all smh .. THEY DONT ***E ABOUT YOU ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY..OVERCHARGE ALSO THEY DONT TAKE THE PAYMENTS SO YOU HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA $100 or $200 DOLLARS WHEN YOU CALL THEM ALWAYS VERY RUDE ..THEY CUT THE *** OFF ANYWHERE DONT WANNA WORK WITH YOU JUST TAKE TAKE TAKE YO MONEY.. WHEN YOU BARELY MAKE $60 or $80 DOLLARS A FREAKING DAY DRIVING UBER SMH THIS COMPANY IS WRONG AND TRUST WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND FASSSTTT ..THE *** OF THIS COMPANY YOU MUST DO BETTER GO AND CHECK ON THE WORKS YOU HIRED FOR THIS SMH VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL JUST PLEASE FIX THIS WHOLE SCAMMING COMPANY OR JUST QUIT BECAUSE JUST DOING PEOPLE WRONG WILL NOT HELP.. HOW THE **** DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT LIKE PLEASE FIX THIS BECAUSE ITS NOT RIGHT IM SPEECHLESS NOW!!!
