I had set up a birthday party for my child a month before her birthday ($80 deposit) with the business. The birthday party was supposed to be December 15th, the business texted me 2 hours before the party to cancel and told me I would be issued a cash refund. Every time I went to go in and receive it, they were closed due to oven issues. I have called for weeks and now they say that they are temporarily closed. I still have not received my refund.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I went to this business multiple times to receive my refund, I still have not received. As I saw on ********* someone else too has been have these issues, multiple people actually. It seems this business books parties, cancels last minute, and does not refund customer purchase. They have been closed for oven issues, since I have gone to their business to receive my refund, which has been months now. So, no I have not received my refund from this company.Business response

I ordered pizza from Mountain Mikes Pizza and the location is closed but I am still able to order online. I would like a refund.
