There is no way online or other to cancel online membership. I have sent an email last year to stop payments from coming out of my account. After the first email, the owner replied saying that the payments would cease but they never did. They have continued to take money out of my account over the last couple of years after numerous emails to them to stop. All other emails I have sent have been ignored by them and they continue to take money out of my account every month.Business response

RESOLVED AND REFUNDED
This is the first of our hearing of this matter. We would have immediately taken care of it.
We have refunded the last 1 year of Patricks membership of $19.95, canceled his membership. And deleted all card info at the payment processor.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: they have not refunded me for the last 1 year as they claim, they have only refunded me for the last 1 month.Their claims about not hearing from me before are also false, I still have the emails between them and myself from well over 1 year ago regarding this matter.
