I paid for an order of challenge coins on June 10, 2023 and was told to expect it would take 3-4 weeks for them to be received. I reached out at the start of September when I hadn't heard any update about the order. I believe the order may have been confused with another, but after providing information to sort out the confusion, I never heard back from the business. It is now mid-November and I have received no coins and no further information or reply from the company.Initial Complaint

Business was excellent to work with at the start. Very timely in providing artwork to review. Once artwork was approved, payment was requested. CC information was provided and approved. Payment was immediately deducted and delivery promised July 1, 2022. After that, no communication. Took several, as in over 50, attempts to make contact. The one time contact was made, said they would have them to us no later than July 8, 2022. That came and went, zero communication, zero shipping or tracking information sent. Ridiculous. Uses sympathy of being US Veteran owned/operated to ****** business. Shameful.My next point of contact will be the CC company followed by the attorney general's office for their area. I'll also be spreading the word to agencies who may be considering using them or buying from them in the future. Definitely dissatisfied with ***** and his company.Initial Complaint

Back-to-back coin orders are wrong. The absolute worst in communication with customers. It takes several weeks to months to get a response from him...I have proof! Has every excuse possible to not fulfill orders when promised...I placed order in July and received in Dec both orders are wrong and HE IS NOT RESPONDING WITH A RESOULTION!!!! Makes promises and apologies and doesn't follow through. Never answers phone.... or Email unless threats are made against him. I asked him several times the turn around time for the items and he said 4 weeks... which turned out to be 5 months! Only to be wrong and now when I reached out to resolve the issue, he goes silent AGAIN! Clearly the Color of the ** Coin is wrong, its Pink and not the specified color and the words "In Valor" are spelled wrong, he made it one word and not two. I'm tired of the lack of communication, empty promises to and waiting months for shoddy, sloppy merchandise!
