We had an emergency premature birth on 5/19/2024 and could no longer attend classes.Automatic payment for 2 kids of $190 occurred on 6/1.Requested membership cancellation and refund of $190 made on 6/1 on 6/7. I spoke with the teacher in person who said that I would be eligible for refund. I also returned the uniforms which were barely used (3 classes).Membership cancelled ("frozen") on 6/10/2024 but no refund applied.Several emails back and forth on 6/14 where the company is now claiming they have a 30 day cancellation policy which was never previously mentioned and are refusing to provide a refund.Membership can
