      We ordered on 10/12/2024.The product ordered was not the product provided. Company refused to deliver the item ordered, and refused to refund my money. On their website they claim to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee however they have refused to correct their error. We ordered the flower arrangement called sunny skies which in their advertisement shows an assortment of flowers including sunflowers, ******* iris and other colorful flowers. With a get well soon balloon. This arrangement was sent to a life long friend whose mother has cancer. When my friend sent me a photo of the product they received I felt embarrassed frustrated and ripped off. They sent a few short steam white roses, all a single color white no yellow (sunflowers), no red ******** all white roses. As well as a smiling face ballon. If you recall the product purchased was called sunny skies yet the only color flower provided was white. They claim this to be a substitution I would argue this is not an substitution. As we ordered an arrangement with many colors & different flowers, what was delivered only included white roses. Not to mention the flowers are for someone who has cancer and they sent a smiling face balloon. They have refused to send the product that I paid for or return the money to me.

      I placed an order for flowers for my daughter for same day delivery. I even paid extra to have them delivered by noon est. She works in a ********** I made MANY attempts to contact flowershopping.com for an update and the menu keeps sending you in circles. When I did get someone after pressing every button they said they could not look up my order bc they did not "have access" to it. Said someone would call me and of course NO ONE CALLED!! This website needs shut down. I filed a claim with my credit card company to get the money back but who knows if that will even happen!

      I ordered mums 9/30/21 for delivery before noon to my brother on 10/1/24 *********************************************************************, but what he got on 10/1/24 was what looks like orchids (see pdf below Received by RDinan) and that's not even close to what I ordered. I've been calling since 10/1/24 every day and have sent emails (see pdf 10/1 and 10/2) and even called 10/3 and left a message asking to have someone call me and have not received any callback. I want a refund and an email letting me know I'll get a refund. Today is 10/4/24, 3:06pm EST

      My daughter goes to college in *************************************. She is sick still having to go to class still working so I thought Id send her some ***********************. I looked at googled it because I didnt know any florist in ***********. This one said Home owned been in business for so many years so I did that one when my daughter got the flowers. They didnt look like what I ordered and the floor is told me that they werent given very much of the money that I paid which was $81 to make the arrangement I dont know why this company would be collecting delivery fees when theyre not even delivering the flowers when I called them back they wanted to put all the blame on the florist in *********** and Im not doing that. This company doesnt stand up to what it supposed to be.

      Ordered flowers online from Flowershopping.com. What was delivered was unlike what I ordered, poor quality, completely misrepresented and shoddy. The company does not answer their **************** phone line, even though I called numerous times within their business hours. The instructions are to send an email, which I did, and it was never answered.

      I bought flowers on their website yesterday 9/9/2024 at 4am mountain standard time. Around midday I started to realize I havent seen the flowers yet. I kept calling and getting the run around. At this point I was getting upset, no one could give me direct answer about when I would be expecting my delivery. After my last called I got an email stating that my flowers were delivered or should be here shortly. I never received anything.

      On August 7, 2024 I ordered the Paradise Tribute Spray funeral spray ( order # ******* ) online from Flowershopping.com. Total paid $255.85 via Apple Pay( transaction ID ***********************************. On the order sheet was a space for special instructions where I requested to be informed by text or email of any substitutions before delivery On 8/9. The order also included a ribbon and card from my children and me to be attached to spray. I didnt see any flower from me at funeral. Tried to contact merchant by phone after funeral and got voicemail referring to website and stating the company was on holiday. I then sent an email explaining the absence of spray at funeral. Flowershopping .com responded by email verifying they delivered spray to Funeral home as requested. Funeral home could not verify spray from this merchant. After their investigation of their 3rd party floristI received an email with a picture of spray they delivered . There was nothing at all .. not one flower that resembled what I ordered and no card to say who from . When I reminded them of wrong spray and the request I made to inform me of substitutions they apologized for overlooking that request and for not having card on spray and offered to refund 25% of cost because it was delivered. I refused that and requested a full refund.I have disputed the charge on my credit card still under investigation til October There is no physical address. Only contact is by email to customer service. See photos:Paradise Tribute Spray is what I ordered.The Orange arrangement without card! Is the picture of the one they said they sent for my order. All contact/communications with this merchant were after the 8/10 funeral service of my Best friend of 65 years. Thank you for a favorable and fair resolution *****
