I am not liable for this debt with Lower Valley Credit Union, I do not have a contract with Self-Help Credit Union, they did not provide with the original contract as I requested.Customer response

Hertz charged me $1,310.02 they charged me $297.69 overdue fee and refused to take other forms of payment the weeks before this charge hit my self-help checking account. My self-help debit card had fraud charges cancelling the card I used at hertz. I was told by Self-help that the card would not work further. That in addition to the fact that my account did not have close to enough funds to cover the hertz $1300 charge AND THIS CHARGE FROM HERTZ SHOULD HAVE BEEN DECLINED as all other charges are declined! But self-help did not decline it and instead took on charges I was disputing and brought my checking account into negative standing. Ive never ever had a checking account do this to me. My credit union clearly is not working for me or with me yet against me and allowing bad businesses to destroy my checking account and refused to dispute and reverse this crazy charge that should never have been allowed to go through. This was never disclosed to me nor informed to me that this new procedure was even real or possible. I have been blindsided, tricked, back stabbed, and let down and left to suffer and watch my account be destroyed and have to battle with the worst credit reporting agency ever..the evil chex. I came to Self-Help CU thinking they were different from the usual greedy big banks but sadly they have proven to be worst as they harmed me instead of protected me. I am shocked and confused and give up on banks and credit unions.
