I subscribed to the monthly meal plan. I was billed on December 4 for 320 from the store but then also was billed on the same day for the same amount by the manager using Swipe. I contacted the store to get one of the charges reversed. I am very pleased with the food and was planning on continuing the service. The general manager was very pleasant when I spoke with her on Monday December 5, 2022 but she said she had to speak with the owner that she would call me on Tuesday December 6, 2022. I took the phone call from the general manager on the 6th and she was rude and said she could not help me with the extra charges. I was in a public room with other adults during the phone call. I asked to speak to someone else. I get a phone call from another person who only identified herself as the owner's girlfriend. I explained the same thing to her. She said she had concerns about what I said to the general manager. I asked her if the call was recorded because I had concerns about the general manager. She said no and I asked if she wanted to speak to the witnesses I had in the room. She said no and she was cancelling the account. I asked if I would be getting the full 640 back and she said no and hung up. I filed a dispute with my bank providing the two email receipts and my bank account as proof.
