I made an appointment for this location because they advertise great packages but I did not receive what they advertise. I showed up on 03/23/22 for my rescheduled appt because the first time we could not see my daughters face. When I arrived I was called in after my appt at 9:35am and the tech person was nice, my package included a 15min session (Full Peek+Live HD) but once she was done I went out to the lobby area and waited for my pictures and ***, I was suppose to get two CDs with ALL high resolution 3D still images and did not receive those because the lady in the front said we do not hav CDs When i got home to check my *** there was only pictures and no session set with music so I called and was told they would call me back so I called a second time and asked her if they could email me the video since Iive far, she said she would ask and got my phone number and email, did not get call so I did have to make a third call which the same lady answered and said she forgot but she will do it and call back, never got a call back. Today, 03/24/22 I had to get my pregnant self up and drive to *******, ** again so I can get my video, once i entered the location they had no customers and there was two ladies and one helped while the their just stared at her computer. At the end they gave me the *** with my video session and no one apologized or said anything about my inconvenience. The video session was actually just pictures that they added on to a video form with some short video pieces. The video session on the *** was only 2 minutes long. This is a shame because they are false advertising to get people to come in and also they promote customer service as being their top 10 reasons to come to their business but that is not true.
