On 12/22/21, I purchased three medicine ***** (wool mattress pads) from Shepherd's Dream (Order #*****; $421.80). Their website indicated that these were in stock but they were not. I contacted the company multiple times for updates. Eventually they shipped in March. The pads were of very poor quality and unusable. I contacted the company by email and received a voicemail from ****** stating that they have had issues with their supplier. He said they would send a shipping label so that I could return the pads for a refund and they would send a complimentary replacement from their own stock (not the supplier who made the defective pads). That was on 4/18/22. I never received a return label. I emailed numerous times and was eventually told he would email it that day. He did not. I emailed again and he said they would include the label in the box with the complimentary replacement. That was two weeks ago. I emailed twice more and today received a response saying that the replacement was being made, by the original supplier with whom they have been having issues, and should be sent next week. I do not want a replacement by the same supplier. I want a refund.Business response

Dear ****,
We are deeply sorry for this situation. This is not how we at Shepherd's Dream conduct business. We will be talking to our sales staff about the communication breakdown that happened with this customer as we find this unacceptable. Management was made aware of this situation when we received this complaint today. We have reached out to the customer to give her a full refund and apologize for the delay in response.
