Bate and switch. They wouldn't give us a total price with fees until we came in. Then they added $4500 of add ons that were not optional because they wouldn't remove them when we offered to buy the car without the add ons. Waste of time and pretty sure illegal.

Just like ***** said, they will post fake prices online and try to make you come into the dealer only to spring $4000+ of dealer addons and bull you didn't ask for, refusing to remove or sell it at cost to you.

Scammers, liars, and cheats. They intentionally list fake prices on their website and when you get to the dealership they ask for an additional 4.4k in useless dealer-required add-ons. I dealt with M***** A******, who admitted to my face that the dealership lies about their prices, stating that their online list prices are "what the dealership paid for the car" and not the price the dealership is charging for the car — pretty sure that's illegal. Avoid this den of thieves at all costs!

Excellent service. I loved buying the car. My sales guy was Elie, he was very smooth straightforward and transparent. Gave me excellent deal on my 2022 BMW.

They were very professional and caring about the customer experience. I came back to then with some concerns after i bought the car and they took care of it all without trying to charge me extra. Definitely great experience.

I was not sure it is safe to buy a good used car from a car lot til i found west coast auto on Cargurus. Hands down the best experience i ever had buying a second hand BMW 430. Very very matriculate store and the whole staff were kind and pleasant to work with including Elie and Patrick.

Extremely happy to buy my BMW 530 from West Coast Auto Sales. The communication was great and honest. I never felt my sales guy Elie was pushy or in a hurry to sell me the car. I appreciate them for getting me in the car i wanted for a payment i could afford without trying to stretch my legs. They totally deserve more stars if possible. Thank you

It was the best experience buying a used from Westcoast Auto. I found them on cargurus and i am glad i did because i saved several thousands of dollars on my purchase. At the same time the car is in almost perfect condition which made me surprised to the why so cheap! Very professional organization and I highly recommend them to all my friends and my family.

Very impressed with Elie, he was very straight shooter. I thought he is too good to be true but he turned to be true. They had more teslas than tesla.com and their price on the Model S was $8000 less than the next best deal. I am writing this review because i could not believe it till i drove off the lot with my dream 2018 Tesla model S white for much less price and payment than i had in mind.

Stay away from this auto dealer! The prices they advertise are untrue and will be raised. I have been emailing Luis C., their internet sales director regarding a certain vehicle listed for sale. During the course of 1 week the advertised price dropped by $2000. I informed Luis C. In writing I was interested in the car and wanted a total out the door price with all fees included. Luis C. Refused to send the final price in writing and would only give me the price orally over the phone. This is a common trick used by used car salesmen to fool buyer to come into their shops and be forced into paying more than agreed. As I expected during the 2 days of emailing Luis C. And stating I wanted the car but needed a complete price breakdown in writing, magically the price went UP $4000 online! This was an obvious lie and trick by Luis C to try and get me to travel to his location. The car only stayed at the price I was willing to pay online on their website for 1 night. It was over that night that I wanted the price in writing. When Luis C realized I would not fall for his lies and tricks, the price was raised $4000 on their website. The prices listed are well below others in the area. This is because the prices shown are LIES! They will create fake costs, fees and “dealer upgrades” to make the price thousands of dollars more. Stay away from Westcoast Auto. Take your business elsewhere until they stop this tactic and remove unethical people like Luis C from their payroll.
