I am in the process of trying to get some communication about a cancelled order to receive a refund. It has been over 2 weeks since I have heard anything from Shoe Palace. I have emailed, called SEVERAL times, and even contacted them on social media. This is insane and I can't believe the customer service is so poor. I buy sneakers all the time, and I hate that this experience was so awful. Hopefully they redeem themselves because I don't like giving companies bad reviews.

Ordered 8 items from there, first of all, my order weas split into 5 separate shipments which I get they have different fulfillment centers but was immediately a red flag as it just seems like a recipe for disaster. Sure enough, I received 5 packages but was missing part of my order. I reached out on their website's contact page, no response. I've reached out by email, no response. I've called their customer service line 5 times, each time you are left on hold for upwards of 20 min and then hung up on. Cannot get a live person to save my life. Thankfully, I paid through ****** and will likely end up getting a refund through them but the items I was missing, are things I really wanted. Also, had some items I did not like but you HAVE to mail them back and if I cant even get in contact with the company, why would I just send off over $200 worth of merchandise and just hope that I get refunded? I really wish I would have read reviews before I ordered and just went in store to make my purchase.

This company oversells products. I placed two orders with this company. There three items in each order. Every time they processed my order, they would send half of the products and cancel the rest of the order. Which wouldnt normally be an issue but why not update your website to reflect the correct inventory so you dont sell products that are out of stock. Also, their merchant service is trash. You cannot place an order through their encrusted merchant system because it categorizes each attempt as fraud. You have to pay using Klarna or After Pay, or PayPal. Which is predatory! Why should I have to use a third-party debt system or PayPal?! The issue with PayPal is that they hold your money for weeks when youve received a refund. The last refund took almost 6 weeks to post to my bank account. Im so tired of patronizing this business. Currently, Ive been on hold (havent encountered a live representative since I called) for 25 minutes. I also sent an email two days ago and have never received a reply. At this point, Im thinking theres no one working at this company and if they are, theyre just stealing company time. I will never support this company again after these issues. Its so frustrating.

Returned a pair of sneakers I purchased as a christmas gift and have receipt of them receiving the sneakers. They were never worn and returned due to the incorrect size. I have never received my refund to this day almost 2 months later! I have called and sent numerous emails with no response.

I ordered a two pair of shoes 2/1 received only 1 pair in the mail. Have sent several emails and even talked to the delivery partner OnTrac and still have no update on where my 2nd pair of shoes are. There communication is terrible and the ************ location is the worst!

Terrible business. They run promos on items and then cancel peoples orders when the item is clearly in stock.

Never order from this place. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my shoes. Not only that they haven't even sent a tracking #. ??????

If I can leave a zero star I would but I had to pick a star. I made a refund and it has been over three weeks and no refund, I've sent over 6 emails and no response. And when I call no one ever picks up. Avoid online ordering from them. I also made a sneaker purchase in-store ( white *** Forces) the leather cracked and I exchanged them and the same thing happened with the second pair! I then had to reach out to **** directly and they helped me with another exchange.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 12/20/2023. I received a tracking number on 12/26/2023. Since that date, tracking has not updated nor have my shoes arrived. I have emailed customer service three times with still no response to this day. It is now 1/8/2023 and I have not received a response from customer service and I have not received my order. Horrible business practices for such a large store chain. I expect better and other customers do too. Ill never order from here again.

************* I ordered shoes for Christmas. They sent someone else's order (which was the wrong size). Apparently this happened to a ton of people. I mailed the shoes back, and have been waiting on a refund for weeks now. After looking into it, tons of people have posted the same thing on their instagram, which they keep removing. I just looked at their ****** page for the headquarters in CA and it now says "permanently closed." Yet they still have a social media presence and are advertising daily.
