My children wife & I visited the Lil Hut Fish & Chips on 8/14/22. We had an extremely bad experience. We were not provided our food nor a refund even asking the manager Troy multiple times. Troy took the receipt & proceeded to get into my wife & I face multiple times, to the point that I recorded the event & almost called the police. He refused to allow us to leave. While Troy was in my face he smelled heavily of alcohol. In the end we were not given our receipt, food or refund. I am able to provide proof of purchase through my bank. Please advise, thank you very much.
