I contracted with Blue Water to rehabilitate my pool. Subsequent to the install, I have had multiple issues and Blue Water has been completely non-responsive to my requests for resolution. I have rust spots in the bottom of my pool, and I have a pool cover track that is falling off.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/27) */ Well this is very surprising, as we never get complaints because we respond to all customer inquiries. We remodeled this pool 2 years ago. We have not had inquiries from this customer since the remodel was complete, and certainly have not heard anything about "multiple issues" with the pool. The only inquiry we have had is He did contact us one week ago about his pool cover, and we did have a repair scheduled. The repair is done by a cover specialist, and as I told the customer at the time, the specialist is booked out and it may take a a couple of weeks to get repaired. We have not had any follow up inquiries regarding schedule or any related. We respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
