My car was involved in an accident while it was parked in a parking garage, I was not at the scene of the accident. My car was backed into and half of the bumper was detached from the car and would drag on the floor as I drove. It was not drivable. Platinum Claims Services was very slow in responses from the beginning of the process of creating a claim. I got a rental car for one week while waiting for the Platinum Claim Services to respond. I then left the country for a month. My car was taken into Ventura Collision Center for repairs. Ventura Collision Center was waiting for clearance paperwork and payment to finish the repairs. Because of the lack of efficiency from Platinum Claim Services, I needed to get a rental car again. Platinum Claim Services gave clearance to move forward with a rental company of our choice. When my car had been repaired and I returned the rental car, Platinum Claim Services refused to make payments for the second time I needed the rental car during repair. I have since had to pay $859.88 out of my own pocket for the rental.Initial Complaint

I was rear ended by a person who has insurance through Safe auto Insurance company. This occurred on August 6, 2022. I spoke to S***** * ******* from Platinum Claims services once on the phone. Since then, my phone calls go unanswered and unreturned. I would just like my truck repaired and I am being ignored by S***** ******* and Platinum Claims services.
