I hired Giant Partners to work on my SEO. I paid them $2,600 a month for 5 months. There was some work done in the initial month with set up. I paid them a reoccurring monthly fee for a list of services that were included. Giant Partners did not do the work in the contract. In fact they did nothing for 4 of the 5 months. I have records I can provide and documentation to back this fact. I was told to refer to our shared Google document to see updates. I recorded screen shots proving no updates, work, or services listed in the contract were provided as stated. The time stamps show a last login date and updates from August and the most recent login in December 2021 on the day I demanded an update. Steve was supposed to work on my account. Meeting with him he said he personally touched my account and they had dropped the ball here. We do personal training. They didn't start a ranking strategy until December for that. That was the whole point. See bottom of DEC report. I spent thousand for a service that was provided outside the 1st month. I have lost out on potential revenue of thousands. I hired an auditor and he concluded there wasn't attention showed to this account as promised in the contract. I was able to meet with C*** **** and C******** *******. The auditor went through the list on contract and the work provided. There wasn't anything to show other than blogs, most of which had no viable links. The update files have no record of work but just screen shots of my current ranks. See attached. The company said they were sorry and admitted they breached the contract. I asked for a full refund or at least 4 months. Please look at last updates stamp at top of attached docs. It will show last update on docs that are supposed to show work and updates.Business response

Giant Partners ("GP") had resolved the client's issues on 1/26/22 where the client accepted the resolution presented and executed the attached RA. GP did not breach the contract. In fact, GP allowed the client out of their long term agreement (that they contractually agreed to) with the attached RA drafted by Counsel. GP never admitted to what the client is claiming.
Additionally, as part of the RA, the client agreed that it will not harm GP or its reputation that would lead to unwanted or unfavorable publicity, which is contradictory to what is being presented.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 16481979, Any disputes or complaints were made prior to resolution on 1/19/2022. Giant Partners has since graciously resolved the issue and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
