On May 1,2024 I was informed that I was approved to rent and apartment. Where i currently live I have to give 30 days notice. I was told they couldnt hold their apt for 30days!! I cant pay 2 rents!? I advised them it wasnt my fault they just informed me!! I was told I had to forfeit my $200 deposit because I was approved and that was their policy. Im on section 8 so I had to wait for their feedback to start the process of moving. The ball was in their hands. I had to wait for them to contact me . I should get my deposit of $200 back because the circumstances was not my fault. ********* money!! Im on section 8 for a reason. Its unfair because this company is keeping my deposit because I was approved and am not able to move into the apartment on May first the day they called me! I wouldnt be able to give 30 days notice at my current residence and I cant pay rent at two places. I want my $200 deposit back due to their timing and err.Business response
