My husband and I purchased a subscription for my father in law and are unable to cancel it. It auto-renewed this year and I have emailed customer service 3 times with no replies. There is no phone number to call to talk to anyone. My father in law is no longer able to use this and we tried to cancel before the auto-renew. Which, per their website, these shouldn't auto-renew since it's a gift. We need this resolved ASAP and canceled. I have provided order numbers and the name/address the boxes were going to in my emails.Initial Complaint

I've attempted to cancel my account for over a year. Website says to write an email. I've done that 4x with no response. There is no valid phone number. Products are not received and they continue to charge my account. I followed the company's policy for cancelling my subscription and they failed to confirm. I reached out several times for a confirmation and they did not reply. There is no phone number and no way to contact them. They charged my card again after cancelling. Seems like a company that makes money from fraud.Initial Complaint

Last year on 9/7/22, I purchased my husband a 12 month subscription to Lucky Tackle Box for $263.88. Initially, I had no form of communication or confirmation and I had to reach out 5 times (2 emails/3 on website) to get any form of a response. I was mostly concerned that I was scammed because I never received a confirmation email or tracking number for the purchased boxes. Finally on 9/19/22 I received an email that was extremely rude stating "Here is your tracking information" and that was it with no explanation for the lack of communication. Finally the first box arrived a month later and since then, they have been extremely inconsistent and even missing items/boxes. During the year of the purchased subscription, we received only 9 of the 12 boxes I purchased and even in boxes that we did get we did not receive the correct amount of items purchased. With missing 3 of the 12 boxes, they also owe me another $65.97 for the boxes we missed from 9/7/22 to current. Initially, instead of placing in a complaint, I decided to kindly reach out a month in advance on 8/1/23 to cancel my subscription immediately to ensure that I would not be changed another yearly subscription that I did not want. On 9/7/23, I noticed another $263.88 changed to my account yet again. I have reached out now 4 times (2x on the website and 2x in email) and I have yet again had no response. I am not waiting this time for a response or action since from my learned experience last year, they lack communication and action for their customers. I was not expecting that charge out of my account and I need the money back to afford my bills. I do not trust that this company will refund me and cancel my subscription like I requested over a month ago. I would greatly appreciate the help receiving my refund. I also would like to ensure that further people do not make the mistake in choosing this company in the future as I am highly disappointed and now out a significant amount of money needed for my family.Initial Complaint

I bought my son a 6 month subscription for Christmas. He received 2/6 boxes. Ive tried emailing Lucky Tackle Box 5 times now and they have not responded. There is no customer service phone number to call. I subscribe to lucky tackle box monthly subscription around the months of *****- 2022. No longer needing the monthly subscription i opted out of being on the monthly subscription in the end of January begging of February 2023 before the monthly amount was due in February. I emailed and contacted the customer service team only to get a confirmation message that I did in fact unsubscribe but still being charged each month. This has gone on since the beginning of the year, I have sent numerous emails to the customer support team and even on ******** and still have yet to hear anything back.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to contact them since January to cancel my subscription. They have no working phone number and their support form on the website does not work. I have messaged them on ******** and via email with no response. They just keep sending the box and charging me.
