I worked with ***** ******* for my home mortgage. ***** is professional, attentive, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. My husband and I were first-time home buyers that ended up buying a house directly from an owner we knew. ***** was so kind in walking me through the buying process and answering any questions. He is very quick to respond and just a really good person. I would recommend ***** to anyone. I was so lucky to have had him recommended to me by a friend. After our closing was delayed by a hurricane, ***** was the one that pushed to get things back on track and made it happen. I honestly don't know how we would have closed without him.

I worked with DC loans to get a deal on consolidating several debts and credit cards. I found the process to be simple and quick. Checked it out at night and the loan was secured the next day. I received a preapproval letter about 8 weeks ago to consolidate my credit cards. I was skeptical given the rate and because I get a ton of these offers but they're all either don't work out or they try to pitch other types of debt consolidation. I finally called and I'm so glad I did. I spoke with ***** who was very polite and helpful. He explained how they work. Their application process was a lot more detailed than everyone else - not sure if that's why they got me approved. But I got approved for a loan at 7.99%, which was way better than my credit cards that were all over 20%. I've referred them to a friend and co-worker already too and I'll keep referring them!DC Loans Response
