I was sent to use Notarycam by Amex for an ID verification notarization. The first few steps were simple, but then I waited 10 hours continuously on their waiting page to connect with someone where their page says theyre dealing with higher than usual demand. Theres no estimated wait time or how many people are ahead of me. I emailed the ******************************* email and also got no response. I just need this documents notarizedInitial Complaint

On August 30 I scheduled and completed notarization services with a notary of NotaryCam; however, the document recipient noted they heard nothing from the agent and have not received any documents after the service was completed.Other than a transaction ID and name of the notary, I was given no confirmation, no receipt, and no way to contact customer support. I called the phone number provided for the business which went to a personal voicemail after ringing each time. The email they provide publicly went unreturned by both myself and the document recipient trying to reach them.I paid money a service from the document recipient I have been unable to complete due to NotaryCams failure to timely and properly handle the notary process. I now do not feel my information documents are safe due to the problems completing notarization and the impossibility of reaching out to the company regarding urgent matters. I imagine the company that is the document recipient is unfortunately paying for a service that is failing fulfillment on their end as well.
