I performed work on a vehicle the vehicle the work was not paid for by the owner of the vehicle and left in my possession from 2019-until 2024 a mechanics lien was legally filed on the vehicle all proper paperwork was filed and notifications made and the vehicle was sold to my daughter who is in the military and I have power of attorney over. This company illegally had Indiana recovery solutions repo the vehicle on 5/31/2024 and is refusing to release it even after being provided all of the documentation from the *** stating that they no longer have legal title or rights to the vehicle nor does the person they once had a loan with.Business response

I bought the software and it didn't work, and they have a 30 day money back guarantee but you can't reach them via phone and they don't respond to your email submission to their website. That's how they get around not refunding you because it didn't work. here is the refund policy ***********************************************************-What-is-your-money-back-guarantee We purchased the password kit 64 bit, NOT a Single-use products (marked "for a single file only") are non-refundable, regardless of the refund reason. So they aren't responding to us. We asked for a refund the day after purchase. Purchase was on 5/27 and refund was asked for on 5/28.Business response

I financed a vehicle with a loan from this company. My vehicle was totaled months ago. This company received a check from my insurance company in March, however they have not updated my balance with any of the credit bureaus. Along with my debit to income ratio remain high due to the reported balance, I also have been unable to purchase another vehicle because of the reported balance not being updated. I contacted customer support 3 weeks ago, spoke with a supervisor, and have not received a call back or resolution of the problem.Business response

I purchased a 2019 ****** Rogue through Vroom, which I will NEVER DO AGAIN! They took forever to get me the car, kept asking for more money claiming they never received the wire transfer. Fast forward to find out the lender is owned by them and is just as horrible. I explained to them my spouse and I are on hardships right now as I am not currently working. I asked if there was some type of help that could be offered , only for the agent to insult me and explain to me how bills are due every month and must be paid. I felt discriminated as a woman and a woman of color , she was belittling me and speaking to me as if I had no comprehension. I work in finance Im very aware of how bills, and life works. Things happen and people fall on hard times, they have no compassion or empathy. they have been harassing me and calling family members of mine who are related by marriage to try and contact me after I spoke to them. Its embarrassing to call peoples family when they are working their own private issues out. Specifically if they were never listed as a reference they are just calling anyone with the same last name. Harassing my family and I and Im appalled by this behavior. I want the harassment to stop. They need to read the notes and they will see we spoke with several agents but they dont care.Business response

The company that financed my car has repossessed my vehicle Tuesday, March 14, because it claims payments owed for the months of Oct. Nov. Dec. They indicate that after these payments were made, they were claimed/disputed in January and that they returned those payments. to the bank / account of origin, which is not true since I have never claimed any payment already made and my account statements show this, in addition to the fact that I went to the bank and they confirmed that said disputes were never requested or received no payment back I have the evidence of the payments made and the account statements that confirm that we send them but they insist that it is not their problem that I need to pay them and then I resolve with my bank that I have to make these payments again and there is no other way out. They call me up to 6 times a day from different numbers they have offended me in many ways and threatened to *** and affect my credit I am a truck driver, so they interrupt my work as well as leaving me very affected after every call.They will not send me any evidence that these payments were actually withdrawn. I do not want to lose my vehicle or the money I have already paid for it. I need urgent help Thank you.Business response

My title was sold by the lienholder and i have not been able to renew my registration for my car since November 30, 2022. I have been calling the title **** ever since and they have always give me a run around and say there is nobody to talk to. Im still getting interest built up on a car that i cannot legally drive, and they think its okay because they are deferring a payment. Im still having to pay on interest, and have no transportion to anything because of the pussyfooting done by United Auto Credit. They repeated tell me they will get back and reach me to update me, and the supervisor has said to me multiple times that it would be resolved in a week or two, to remedy my frustration. They never call and im not getting updates. I would like someone to talk to them because they dont care what i have to say and i cant reach anybody without being connected to them first, and when they dont answer they send you to a message system. To not call back. I have talked to supervisors ****** (ext ****) and ******** (ext ****) and nothing. I just want this issue resolved so i can pay on my car and have it legal to drive.Business response

they are not contacting me, or even offering a deferrment anymore. I talk to somebody in title's once a week and there's no updates and they say they will defer my payment since I can't use the car, but they still have not .Initial Complaint

This company is a creditor I have done business with in the past, I have requested documentation to verify the debt including the price the repossesses vehicle was sold for with no response. They charged off my account in September 2016 and are reporting the account to the credit bureaus monthly as a charge, thus violation fcra laws with states a charged off account cannot report an active payment history after the charge off date. This has negatively affected my credit which trickles down to my livelihood. I dont mind settling a verified amount with the creditor however Im requesting at least removal of the account from my credit reports to assist in getting me into the financial position to pay towards the verified amount.Business response
