Purchased Neopixel tail lights from IROC Motorsports on 5/16/24 via ****** for $1850 with quoted delivery date of 4-6 weeks. Despite several attempts to receive feedback on why the order is taking so long, bare minimum communication has been received. Ive asked for refunds on 3 separate occasions (9/16, 10/7, and 10/8) with no reply via email. The only communication from the seller has been mass emails to everyone else waiting on production on excuses why product isnt delivered (lost shipments, manufacturing issues, short staffed, etc)I attempted to attached snap shots of emails with 4-6 weeks quotes, and the attempts to receive refund with no reply, but it will not allow me to attach theseBusiness response

I bought a set of tail lights from IROC MOTORSPORTS on February ******* for ******** dollars.Order number is *****. On the website it says ***** business days and its been months. Its already October. **** is the main guy and trying to get him to respond is futile. He responds whenever he feels like it and its always something when you ask for an update. Honestly all I want is my money back at this point. He offered a refund once and I declined cause I want the lights but now I want a refund and I get ghosted.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: 2 July 2024 Transaction amount ********* $1150.00 I ordered vehicle full tail light assemblies specific to Pontiac Firebird Trans Am 1993-2002.I never received the tail lights, tracking information, or status of my order after many attempts by me to contact the seller via email and phone.The seller has not tried to resolve the issue.
