This is my fourth time moving and this is the only company that moved us without issues, thanks to ******* our sales *** he went over everything and helped us through this move and most important that his quote never changed when the formen Max arrived to our house in ***** these guys are professional and they deserve the management to know about their **** efforts. Ciao Bella representatives were responsive and their crews were fast and polite. They arrived on time and their final invoice matched up exactly with their estimate.

The movers were very nice and efficient. The ******, *****, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were handled. Please ensure your stuff is packed appropriately and that you have an accurate inventory. Some items were damaged in the move although I'm not sure how that could have been avoided. The gentleman did a great job of packaging the glass items we had, and there were a lot. This is not a white glove shipping service, however I do believe they did an overall good job. The load was picked up on time and delivered in a timely manner. There was an adequate amount of help at the pickup and destination locations and all of the individuals were professional and kind. Again, I cant express the importance of having an accurate and complete inventory, do not estimate or the cost will be higher. Our cost was exactly what was quoted because we had a complete inventory.

***** and his team were outstanding! Couldn't ask for better customer service. They were very accommodating and super fast and efficient. I will always use your company for any future moves. Again ***** and team were so far above the bar in terms of service, efficiency, friendliness and willing to do whatever it took to complete our move. We were under extreme time constraints and he made sure it all got done! Love the service team!

Used Ciao Bella for a cross country move and they were very attentive. They answered calls and questions when needed and delivered within a few days after leaving from the first destination. Nice people to work with and put everything in the apartment where directed, while putting together any beds/couches needed when asked. They were very quick bringing everything in and made sure that it was where you needed.

I have booked Ciao Bella moving services for my parents from ********** to ******* that the team was neat and they had an amazing spirit even ***** from the office was very helpful and always attentive. We also thank you for having the patience and professionalism to handle our furniture, there were 5 guys who did their best and were very smooth.

They contract everything to random people on *********** I rarely write reviews but if me taking the time today to write it prevents even one person from experiencing what we did, it was worth it.

Do not hire these movers. We went thru Captain ********* (some guy named ***) who said they DO NOT sub-contract their work but he clearly lied. When we got close to the pick-up date, Ciao Bella contacts us to do the move. We tried to reach *** and he's not available. Captain ********* essentially had the non-refundable deposit we gave and has no incentive at this point. They pass the work onto Ciao Bella who come and increase the shipping cost by several thousand dollars, even though we gave the dimensions of furniture to Captain *** Lines and were provided a quote. Big mistake as this doesn't mean anything. Ciao Bella made a mess of the home during the packing and seemed to have hired day-laborers. These guys aren't professionals. Another company (Tam trucking) does the delivery and they also have day-laborers. We had significant damaged and lost items never recovered. One cannot control all aspects during moving but these companies are shady and s**** people over. They should be reported to consumer agencies. My advice to anyone doing a move is to really vet the moving companies, don't always go with cheaper options (it's an illusion and you end up paying more), and get a firm binding quote. Our experience is not something I would want on anyone.
