I am not liable for this debt with Lendup. I do not have a contract with Flurish DBA Lendups for this account. They did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.Initial Complaint

I received a call from a debt collection company saying that I owed money to Lendup, a company I have never heard of, for a payday loan for for $389. I have never taken a payday in my life. I told the lady that I was reporting them to the law and she hung up on me.Initial Complaint

As of April 2023, Lendup is still incorrectly reporting a loan as not paid and charged off to Equifax. This is false. I am unable to contact LendUp as every phone number, address and company information is not valid. This has caused severe adverse action against me in obtaining a home loan and a higher interest rate. This needs needs to be deleted from my Equifax report immediately.Initial Complaint

LendUp has been taking payments out of my account without my permission. I did not authorize them to do so. I am going to my financial institution to put a stop payment to them on my account. I was told that they were no longer able to give loans, service loans or collect on loans. When I got this loan I told them that I did not feel comfortable with them taking the payments out of my account that I prefer to pay them by check. The very first month they took the money out on the date that I got paid and have continued to do so. I have tried to call every phone number that I can for them but they are all sales ads. I can not speak to a representative. I can not log into my account now. I do not know what else to do.Initial Complaint

LendUp Loans, LLC (we, us, our) received your February 3, 2022 statement submitted to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). To summarize your statement, you claim that you are a victim of identity theft. Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding your concerns.
LendUp is no longer lending or servicing loans. If you still owe money on a loan, we are happy to tell you all outstanding debts have been forgiven and no future collection attempts will be made by LendUp or any LendUp affiliates.
If you receive a collection communication from any company claiming to represent LendUp or claiming you owe money for a past LendUp debt, be advised the company does not represent LendUp and your LendUp debt was forgiven.
