On 8/13/22, I made a reservation with VIP parking for 8/19 at 3am to 8/26 at 3:30pm. On 8/19, I arrived at 3am and the lot was closed. I called and was told that they would open in a couple of mins. I drove around for about 15 mins came back still closed. Called again and the guy (dont know the name) finally opened. Apparently, they open at 4am but of that was the case, they shouldnt have accepted my 3am reservation. On 8/26, I get a text from the guy asking me what time I arrived. I told him around 2:45pm. At that time, he calls me to tell me that he cannot pick me up because he is not at the lot and that I should get an Uber to the lot or ask the ********** shuttle to take me to the shuttle. I paid $20 for another shuttle to take me to VIP parking after waiting for about ***** mins for a shuttle to come by to see which shuttle was willing to take me. Since the day I dropped of my car, I was completely dissatisfied with this service. I was traveling alone with my 2 year old daughter driving around ******* at 3am until this guy decides to open the lot. If I would have known the lot opened later, I would have been a reservation elsewhere. Also, I had a to pay someone else to drive me to the lot because the guy was there. This was part of the service and it was not delivered. For this reason I would like a refund.
