I WOULD LEAVE NO STARS IF I COULD. NEVER USE AUTO GLASS NOW!I used this company because my insurance company (**********) replaces auto glass windshields at no charge to me the policy holder. The insurer said they stand behind the companies on their list so I went with the first one on the list Auto Glass Now. It has now turned into a nightmare because the so called technician destroyed my car. He broke the side trims and another part. He tried to "glue" the trim back on using the glass sealant which blew off on the highway on my way home that night. He used the wrong size weather stripping, and some other stripping that was not for my car. Something that should have been easy has been nothing but stress. I am so sorry I did this and would rather have the couple of ***** in my windshield than go through this.Review from Ke T

Attempted three times to make an appointment for a windshield replacement due to hail. First attempt: they gave me a quote, told me to just call them back to let them know when the tow truck would arrive with my car. Got the tow set up, called them back...and they had given me the wrong quote for the wrong car and the wrong time. They would not take my car that day. So, I got a new quote with the RIGHT car (so I thought) and the appointment was scheduled for the next day. I ended up getting my car into a different location immediately, and so I called Auto Glass Now to cancel the reservation-which they claimed they did.About 2 hours later, I get ANOTHER call saying they'd provided yet ANOTHER erroneous quote. I said it's fine, I canceled my appointment anyway.They can't tell what's up and what's down in their company.Review from Karie T

The price was good, the customer service was horrific. They broke my side trim piece or just failed to give it back. On my Land Rover it cost most than the windshield repair.Auto Glass Now Response

After physically showing an employee what WINDOW needed to be replaced, another employee replaced my WINDSHIELD. The manager, ****, was hostile and rude. Further details will be stated in court!!!Auto Glass Now Response

Do NOT go there.Auto Glass Now hates and abuses customers.I received a quote, and was offered and had confimed an appointment (at 11:00AM) for windshield replacement. Once there, the agent in office informed me that she do not honor any previously made appointments, and their service is on first-come basis only. Shocked! I still decided to wait and left our car there, since "there was one car ahead of you". Went back at 1:00 PM. She still had no idea when they'd repair my car since still "there was one car ahead of you"!Their staff lady is arrogant and hostile to customers. She apparently did not care about customers willing to spend their hard earned money at AutoGlass.This is truly unbelievable. Perhaps they are not worried about competitors. Whole atmosphere at AutoGlassNow is repulsive and unwelcoming, if that small stuff matters to you.Do NOT go there. Other vendors will appreciate your business. Went to Auto Glass Now in ***********, ** to get my back windshield replaced. Came out with the plastic inserts in the liftgate broken and the latch mechanism removed and missing a working part (which is a $425 part theyre telling me to go buy) and the back still partially covered in glass. They dont seem to think this is their issue and the manager told me to go to a junk yard for a cheaper part. Seriously ******. Theyve damaged and either lost or stolen a piece of my vehicle thats vital to its function and dont want to take responsibility. I am currently having to drive around with my hatch tied to the inside of my car to keep it closed. Absolutely unacceptable!Auto Glass Now Response

DESTROYED MY DASHBOARD WHILE REPLACING A WINDSHIELD AVOID AT ALL COSTS!I Picked my car up after it had been there for a few hours to get a windshield replaced. Once I got in my car to drive home, I noticed that there were multiple large burn marks on my dash and brought them to look at it. The lady working the front desk touched one of the spots and the fabric completely came off on her finger (please note she was not asked to do this, just did it). She then told me that this had to be sun damage (it was 79 degrees that day....) as the man working on the car stated he wasnt sure if he did that or not. I elevated the issue and after several weeks was put in contact with the General manager *****************************, since mid-April i have awaited an answer on this. He told me that it was also sun damage but my car has sat in the sun for days at a time and this has never happened, especially in 79 degree weather. He then called me a month later to ask if I would be interested in a compromise (a dashboard cover). I told him no way as this was their mistake and I would not fold. I was told I would have an answer by last week but still nothing..Now if the sun did cause this damage and it is not a chemical burn as every person I have consulted has told me so, then why would they offer a compromise?Do right by your customers because that is clearly not what is happening here.Review from Justin K

I took my 2020 sprento there to get a new wind shield, at 3p.m on 5-23-2024 I paid got my wind shield done, noticed my windows wouldn't roll up after the car was given back, I was told take it to *** by the guy working, as he laughed in my face, I took it my personal mechanic he started at the rear view mirror since that's the only electronic on the windshield, he unscrewed thr bolt and the whole assembly including the cut wire came out this company destroyed my car and lied to my face, I want to *** right now this is unacceptable!Auto Glass Now Response

I just had my windshield replaced on my 2016 Jeep Patriot.I made the appointment yesterday while talking with you call center. The cost of replacing the windshield was reasonable. As I made my decision to book the replacement, the agent stated that the windshield replacement included a Lifetime Warranty. That was the only detail provided before I made the appointment. I went to the AGN location and told them I have a 3 oclock appointment. The office person said great and took my keys.About an hour later, my car was done along with another customer. The other customer asked the lady about the Lifetime Warranty. She stated, that only include issue with workmanship. This was a surprise to the other customer and me since that is not what we were told on the phone. I asked why would the agent on the phone state, Lifetime Warranty, when it is only workmanship. Her reply was why would we pay for you windshield when we had nothing to do with a windshield breakage. We asked, Why would the agent state, Lifetime Warranty, when the windshield is not covered? Her reply was, that is the way it is.I just called your call center and talked to another agent and her comment was, the Lifetime Warranty does not cover any new breakage. This makes no sense to me, and I see it as fall advertising. I see this as a clear example of bate and switch.The above is obviously a misrepresentation.Auto Glass Now Response
