Ive been in contact with the manager and employees over at Oakley Gateway Storage during this time Ive been telling them I cannot access my account for payment I keep being told to go online or call Ive done that too many times and it always say no account found with that name number or email u provided!! However the reason I cant come in is because Im out for family emergency uncle is in ICU and I explained that as well! My bill supposed to be $70 or something now its $205 I cant understand how they cant find my account but could send me texts and emails every month!! *** also requested to speak with a higher up they refused an gave me their opinion as well stated that their not waving anything and corporate knows this is the message from them then I requested their number and they REFUSED TO GIVE ME CORPORATES NUMBER AS WELL!!
