Horrible experience. Should have walked away. Initial problem regarding the dimensions and drawings, then I have to pay for an additional 12" x ****" cabinet. Quoted one price in writing ($654) Friday and Monday after numerous calls asking for paperwork to sign, I receive the paperwork and the price is an additional 22% HIGHER. Thieves. No integrity. Our whole experience with Closets by Design has been horrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. First off the designer/sales person took 5 hours of our Saturday to not only get the design and measurements wrong, but to also not explain that it didnt come with backing. This was not discovered until installation. She could have at least gave us the pricing because to be honest we would have went with the backing. 4k for shelves and drawers is nuts, because not having the backing is not even finished work.Initial date of install the installer discovered the measurements were wrong and fixed it. Another hour of my day lost and to wait now for the correct pieces to arrive.********* wrote 11/7 on my return to install sheet and I got a call telling me that he didnt write 11/7 on the sheet he turned in so they would not arrive until 11/10. Im sitting here extremely upset while my closet is getting put in knowing I will not be happy with the outcome because of the backing not being there.

The contract the client signed clearly is written (no backing) and the box was also checked no backing. I do sincerely apologize that our client was unhappy with the final outcome. If there is anything we can do to assist please have them reach out to ************
