The first major issue with ************** occurred following the disclosure process. After ****** had produced the disclosure, we were informed, for the first time, of a pending appealed litigation matter, affecting the property at hand. My partner and I immediately called our agent and she was concerned. She then proceeded to call ************** left a voicemail to call her back ASAP, and sent a 911 text to him to call her back. ************** waited several hours before calling back and stating he would speak with his client. He did not respond until the next afternoon. He simply stated that it was nothing we needed to worry about and that the title was clean. I did my own research and found out that it was in relation to a title transfer and a divorce. But, nothing to worry about, right?************** responded that the Seller just spent 1 year getting a squatter out of her house. Again, there was no mention of this alleged squatter anywhere in the disclosures. ************** later clarified that the squatter was the sellers ex-boyfriend and there was no need for a disclosure on that. Again, no big deal, right?We received word at approximately 9 a.m. that the loan was funded and that the last thing was for the title to be recorded. Our realtor then reached out to ************** asking if we could begin moving in. We had our cat and dog with **, along with the freezer. ************** did not respond. From 9:30 until 2:00, our realtor, my partner, and I called, texted, and emailed ************** several times, with no response. He then texted our realtor Not until we record. at 2:00 pm. Finally, after moving in, we were searching for the keys to the garage. Our agent reached out again to ************** and he simply replied that we had "signed off on the contingency removal and no credit or repairs are to be done on the property." Again, minor things but still, show a little compassion and empathy. ************** made us feel like we didnt matter and he was not going to help us in any way possible.
