RV FUN RENTAL REQUEST FOR REFUND of $1505.00 On September 21, 2023 we sent a booking request (booking #*******) for a 36 feet Class A ** Thor Hurricane with King **** theater seating and other specific designs as per our needs rental pickup date 10/5/23 return date of Monday 10/9/23. The booking request was confirmed on September 22, 2023.9/22/23 - $1,505.00 9/22/23 - $36.00 (was refunded thru Credit Card Dispute)9/29/23 - $244.00 (was refunded thru Credit Card Dispute)Since the booking was confirmed, we have received multiple emails from them (while submitting drivers licenses and other required information). All responses from them show the image of the ** and the written description Class A Thor Hurricane with the model number of the ** we rented. When checking the reservation pick up time late last evening, we clicked into the reservation and noticed the vehicle we rented had been changed. They attempted to swap the rental to from a Class A vehicle to a ***************** of a ** bus style that we rented, the swapped ** is a truck with camper style. In addition, the bed size is smaller, the sq footage is smaller, there are no theater seats (the ** we rented has theater seats). The swapped ** also had numerous other differences. The swapped ** does not meet our needs and expectations. We called them as soon as they opened (this morning 10/5/23) to advise them that the swapped ** does not meet our needs with a request to provide the ** we contracted for. Their response was that the ** we rented was not available and was never available and we could take the swapped ** or nothing. During that call we had no choice but to cancel the reservation and issue us a full refund for $1785.00 and remove the pending security deposit charge on our account.Their response to us was that they would not refund our money. Their bad actions have caused us much stress and we are out a substantial amount of money.*********************** / *************************Business response

We pride ourselves with our A rating with the BBB. We will do everything possible to resolve this complaint. Management will review this matter and try to resolve asap. In the meantime, we can offer a $1500 credit to a future vacation for free as a courtesy if that is acceptable to the guest.
