Hello *******
This complaint is directed at a different business, formerly by the same name as ours. The business mentioned is a solar company located in Texas. We do not do any business in Texas and we are based solely in Southern California. The Texas company has since changed their name to Deca. I know this because I get calls just about every day regarding an issue with one of their customers. I feel horrible for them, but unfortunately we are not licensed in Texas and I cannot help them aside from giving them the website for their solar installer.
Please let me know if I should submit this response online somewhere, or if this email will suffice.
Regards,

Hello BBB. There still no solution. I contacted several people at this Company Deca, same as Lumio. Since the Solar System has not been activated they send me a check for $91.01 to cover for the first payment of the loan. The interesting part is the check is coming from "Zenith Solar LCC". See pictures attached. What is the main issue?l The System was oversized, the current consumption is 8,397 kWh, the estimated annuageneration is listed as 10,999. El Paso Electric Company didn't approved. They send someone to remove 5 Panels, and they didn't give me any paper work, or email. They will need to create new documentation for the new solar design and find a way to adjust my loan. The loan represent 18 Solar Panels:Itemization of the amount financed: $28,628.37Amount paid to others on your behalf: $28,628.37 to Zenith SecurityLoan Amount $28,628.37 Loan Term 25 years Interest Rate/APR 1.99%Please contact the following people:Lumio Custumer Service (888) 586-4649Jalissa (817) 900-8446Codi Nukaya (208) 680-6853Logan Clayton at logan.clayton@lumio.comThank you,Felix MartinezBusiness response

I’m sorry but this complaint does not involve our business. We are located in Southern California and only do business in San Diego County. We have never had a customer in Texas, nor are we licensed there. The cimplant you’re trying to locate used to be called Zenith Solar and they were located in Odessa TX. They are now called Deca Solar per their website. We receive calls from many people thinking we are the same business. Best of luck with your issue.
