Hi there! I notified ******************************* on 6/3/2022 that our owner had tested positive for ***** and that as soon as he didn't have any symptoms or tested negative, I would have him come in to sign our rent check. However, we were served three day notice to quit documents on June 7th demanding June rent and late fees that accrued from previous months. We have been struggling due to the ***** shutdowns and have been late on our rent in the past. We obviously do not have the money to go to court nor could **** go to court being tested positive for *****, so we had **** come in so he could sign off on our rent check and we could not be evicted. By ****** doing this, she put me, my daughter who has asthma, is over weight and everyone in her building in direct contact with someone who had *****, all over one months rent that was two days late according to our lease agreement (they give us 5 day grace * and late fees that totaled $866.10. The total amount for everything was $3,080.10. And, this is just some of the issues we have had with ****** and this building. I have also pretty much been threatened by her HR Manager which I will be filing a separate complaint on that because it has to be explained in more detail among harassments emails and letters demanding us to split our suite in half. I have explained to ****** on several occupancies that we do not have the money to do so, but she still sends us letters and emails. I am aware that they are losing several people, including us when leases are up because the suites are too big and since *****, not everyone needs such a big office space but putting peoples life at risk by intentionally exposing their employees to ***** is unbelievable and that is going way too far. I would like some type of action to take place towards ****** and the company for this action. Please let me know if you have any questions on anything.
