I purchased two boxes of strawberries from Harry's Berries at the Hollywood Farmer's market on Sunday April 10th for a total of $24. . I have bought strawberries from them before and they were always good quality, however this time when I got home they were inedible. I contacted the company with my issue and to ask how to go about getting a refund via Facebook messenger as they had no public email and they responded 2 days later asking me to provide a picture of the containers and the bar codes. I did just that and then they completely ignored my request for next steps. This is unacceptable to not stand behind their product and basically ghost a customer leaving them hanging and out $24.
