      Maintenance pest control service that did not happened. I called and cancelled my contract the same day and told them what happened, but I received a bill dated for February 3, 2023.

      Thank you for expressing your concern about receiving a bill for services that you were not satisfied with.We strive to provide outstanding service to each of our customers and regret that we fell short here. Our notes indicate you called on January 24th to cancel the service because you said ************** only sprayed for about 10 minutes then sat in his truck the rest of the time he was there. Our customer service representative canceled your ongoing service immediately and noted your account. Unfortunately, she didnt notify our office manager so we werent able to access the situation and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation.I apologize for our error.

      Since receiving your complaint we have reminded our customer service representatives to notify their manager of any complaint so we can address it immediately. As for our pest control professionals in the field, part of their job is to create a report of the work completed at each property using their handheld device. This accounts for some of the time they spend at each property (oftentimes in their truck). Your report shows no extraordinary pest problems which means, depending on the size of the property and its condition, the actual treatment can be completed in 10 minutes or less. This is especially true if the technician has prepared the product before arriving at the property.

      In light of your concern about the time he spent in his vehicle, we have reminded our pest control professionals to find a location away from their customers property to take their mandated breaks and lunches. And finally, because you were not satisfied with the service we provided, we issued a credit for the service bringing your balance to zero.
