This company is the worst company. They are trying to collect fees from my business. I never signed a contract with them. I cannot find a phone number to call them. When they have emailed me I have asked over and over again for someone to pick up the phone and call me, which they refuse to do. They have time to write emails but not call me. Companies and government agencies need to stop using them.Review from Stephen B

Ariba is nothing but a cash flow scam for your customer. They make it unreasonably difficult to get invoices approved in the system and give extremely vague reasons as to why the invoice got rejected and how to correct the issue. Essentially, you waste countless hours, days, weeks, months, trying to get the invoice into the system which delays the customer's payment because "technically" they have not received an approved invoice. On top of that, Ariba charges both the Customer and the Supplier for use of their portal. So, while delaying your cash flow AND saving your customer countless dollars for essentially doing their Accounts Payable process for them, you also get charged for the "privilege" of getting completely screwed over by an ****** complicated invoicing software. Ariba is a useless pile of garbage. Every single client I have is able to receive an invoice and pay it on time, no problems at all. Except for one. The one client I have that for some reason chose to use SAP Ariba. They are so bogged down in Ariba nonsense that they are unable to pay me on time, simply because the Ariba system is so useless and ****** complicated. Purchases are as simple as "PO Issued. Work Completed. Invoice. Pay." For some reason Ariba can not comprehend how simple this should be and instead has a mountain of paperwork and delays. This software should be banned from existence.Review from Rich B

Yup! Not surprised to see all the 1 star reviews. Ariba is a scam that provides no value to the supplier (actually costs ** money for no value), and scams the buyer into thinking they've streamlined their services. What they don't realize is they get less quotes/bids on their needs because Ariba causes so many barriers, and furthermore the cost to use Ariba gets built back into the bids they receive. No customer service support whatsoever. ********************** continues to get 2 thumbs down.Review from GREG E

We have a vendor who was trying to make us use Ariba then we found out that we didn't have to use them because the vendor had other platforms to process invoices for free!!! Ariba has been trying to charge our company over 5K and we never used them. Even our vendor has shown them reports where we do not use them and Ariba still keeps trying to get us to pay. Ariba is the biggest scam and shame on big companies who try to force smaller companies to use them so they can cut costs.Review from Jeanine G

The SAP Ariba system is not user friendly and is difficult to navigate. Help isn't readily available and when I did get help it was still not easy. I wasted a significant amount of time just trying to submit one invoice. To add insult to injury we are being billed for the system because our client forced ** to use it. I wish none of our customers used it. All but one has moved away from it.Review from Susan B

**************** is terrible. There isn't a phone number to speak with someone, you have to do everything by email which just puts you into a big black hole. I have been around and around with this company and all I am trying to do is pay a transaction fee. I can't pay the invoice because I am not the Admin. The only person who can pay an invoice is the Admin. Our Admin is no longer with the company and I somehow have to contact her to come back to the office to make the change. They refuse to work with me. I would never recommend any customer to use this service.Review from Gwen W

Seeing all the other 1 star reviews makes me feel better. Ariba is the worst part of my job, hands down. It is the only thing that has no logic and no customer service. It's just so awful. When you talk to the people who work there, you can hear in their voices that they are also miserable. We're all so miserable in relation to Ariba.Review from David G

Ariba is no way to get paid! We perform contract research and need to have a single view into a project as it goes from proposal submission to contract to invoicing. Ariba tags the initial person who creates the proposal as the point of contact for the organization and no other employee can see what's going on. All of our accounting and invoicing has to be routed through our proposal development person. Complete waste of man hours. We're looking to refuse future projects where the customer uses Ariba.
