Well, I was duped. They sure do look shiny and legit from their website which is proudly advertised all over Tick Tock and the Shop app. How do these people think that this is ok. I was charged 345 dollars for 2 pairs of shoes that never came. I did manage to get ahold of their customer service, and was told to wait a little longet and that my shoes were going to be shipped out soon. Gave up after that date came and went. I attempted another message requesting a formal refund. The company is called Accessorie'zd and I suggest to anybody considering purchasing anything from them to reconsider immediately if you like getting actual things for your money. This place is a giant scam. Now I have to go file a dispute with my CC and hope I can get my money back before Christmas time comes around. Ugh I absolutely hate companies that take advantage of folks.Review from Jessica R

Did NOT receive what I ordered and all of the sales are final sale? They literally sent me a $1 shirt from AliExpress and made me pay $43, which I would've been happy with if it was the shirt I thought I was getting. I'm now out over $40 and have a piece of garbage see through shirt that could barely fit a toddler. I'm beyond mad. The seller I bought it from is called "rflctve" so DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.Review from Lameise G.

I've purchased serveral pair of shoes from this business and I'm very unsatisfied with the work of one of the last two pair I received the last pair I paid $205 for I haven't received and the artist sent a whole different pair of shoes instead of what I paid for and won't respond to any emails I've sent. Do not I REPEAT,DONOT PURCHASE FROM THE CUSTOM MOVEMENT IF YOU WANT QUALITY AND SATISFACTORY CUSTOM WORK!!! THEIR IRRESPONSIBLE WITH THE BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!!Review from Douglas R

Don't buy from this site. Period. My daughter wanted custom nikes. Purchased them on website. Found out shoes produced in Moscow, Russia. This company is endorsed by pay pal, also who I no longer trust, but that's another complaint and review. Ordered shoes. Took > 1 month to get them here to US (Florida).They sent wrong size, and the quality of the product was very sub par at best. I attempted to contact company, had to go through pay pal. They were less than helpful, literally spending hours on the phone telling multiple reps the same story and them telling me many different way to rectify the problem, giving me the complete runaround... finally disputed charge with my credit card company and they sided with my dispute. I would not trust this company or Pay Pal, not in the least bit. Buyer be ware. BTW I had to spend 45 dollars of my own money to send the shoes back to Russia, Pay Pal and The Custom Movement taking absolutely no responsibility.............Very poor Pay PalReview from Erius D

I was a first time buyer on "the custom movement" website I've spent $350 on 11/27/21 for some custom shoes, I messaged the seller days after I ordered the shoes to see if there has been any progress , the seller was messaging back pretty consistent the first few days stating that "the shoes were on the way to his possession & when they arrive he'll let me know when he's done crafting them" weeks has gone by & I still didn't hear anything back from the artist mind you the shoes were suppose to be shipped out before XX-XX-XX & until this day I still haven't heard anything back from the artist nor received the product I've ordered weeks ago ! This website is not safe to shop on , the customer service option are horrible , the only way to get in contact with "the custom movement" team is via email & I'm still waiting for a response back from them as well , the website should be shut done immediately , for fraud & false advertisement , no one deserve for their hard earned money to be taken away from them so easily !Review from Paula Wall

I ordered a pair of sneakers for my grandaughter on October 21, 2021. I have not received this even though I have sent numerous emails. The worst company i have ever dealt with. They gave me the sellers info, but they never contacted me. Never will order from them again, and hope nobody else does.
