In Dec I was invited to present my book. I reached out via email to this company several times since they are the ones who published my book. I have called and emailed many times and now all I am getting is an automated message. I needed copies of my book for the invite I had received to speak at and present on Feb 20th.Business response

I'm sorry that we missed getting your book order handled in time for your event, and that I didn't see that you had reached out to BBB about it. I'm not sure how this was missed, and I would be happy to make this right. It does look like your book is not enabled for distribution, but we can still order copies through our account. I will email you separately regarding this matter so that we can figure out what you'd like to do moving forward. Again, I apologize for the lapse in our communication with you.
