True Blue replaced my home water heater. He came by quickly for an estimate, noticed that the failed unit was within warranty, and took care of dealing with the distributor for the warranty exchange, and showed up THE NEXT DAY with a new unit, and had it installed within a couple of hours. I will recommend ******* (True Blue) to anyone asking for a good plumber!

Let me be 100% clear: DO NOT USE TRUE BLUE PLUMBING SERVICES!Under no circumstances, should you consider using their services.True Blue Plumbing was assigned to help fix a leaking shower by my home warranty company, Fidelity, and at first, ****** responded quickly to my first reach out, and I was ale to schedule a first visit rather quickly. I was actually quite impressed that ****** was responding to my phone calls and texts within minutes! He came at our property on time, witnessed at the leak, and determined that he needed to order a replacement cartridge for the shower valve. The date was January 11, 2022. At the time of the visit ****** estimated that he would take no more than a week to get the part. All seemed alright at first. I decided to proceed with the leak by using buckets to collect water to limit water wastage.A week came and went. Then two weeks turned into a month. My request for updates by phone an texts remained unanswered. I repeatedly called Fidelity as well to requested for news from them. Fidelity finally admitted that they were unable to reach any human at True Blue Plumbing. It was as if the company had gone under. In spite of the lack of response, Fidelity was not able to reassign another plumber, because ****** had showed up at my house once and they were now waiting for a "report".... A report???? I cannot care less about what Fidelity needs from a unresponsive company. I need my leak fixed! I am writing this review on February 26, 2022, that is almost 7 weeks after the first visit. Still no news. ****** would not respond to any of my calls, and of course, Fidelity simply does not care, an still pretends that True Blue Plumbing is "waiting for the part".. If they are waiting, why does not ********************* text me that news himself? no no, he is probably too busy elsewhere.The bottom line is this: True Blue Plumbing must be avoided at all cost! Do not use this company for any of your plumbing needs.
