Judieh Pluming came to my home and replaced the shower faucet and fixed the toilets from running. I now have a crack in my synthetic tile where the faucet is down into the bath tub. My toilets are still broken. They charged me an xtra $200 because the first faucet he brought was so cheep I asked him to upgrade. It also cost me $85 for my Home Warranty deductible. They refuse to come back to my house and fix their mess.

Our company was dispatched to the above homeowners home thru her home warranty company American Home Shield, we were authorized to replace a faucet with a chrome builder standard and also repaired her toilets, When the plumber installed her faucet homeowner didn't want that brand and her home warranty rep  advised that is what they cover under her contract, she agreed to pay the upgraded faucet we installed and there was no cracks or leaks. with regards to her deductible that is something she will have to discuss with her home warranty as she paid them  directly again based on her policy. the home owner also has a recall period of 90 days to have the tech to come back out to look at her toilets.

I am rejecting this response because:They are not acknowledging the replacement faucet caused the crack.

After  further research on this homeowners property we were there several time and the "faucet" the homeowner is referring to was not a faucet replacement but in fact  a tub spout diverter that was replaced over a year ago. The additional charge that we charged the homeowner was to modify the pipe inside the wall as this was not covered under her policy.

The homeowner provided photos and once I showed the tech he stated that he only replaced the divertor and not the shower valve. The crack she is referring to was not related to work performed by our company. The crack to the shower enclosure starts from the shower valve and goes all the way down to the tub clearly passing the tub diverter that we replaced.

We also can provide upon request a copy of the report submitted to the homeowners insurance company as well that shows the several trips we went to the above property on toilet repairs and the tub spout diverter .  and no repairs were made to her shower valve.  and I also found that our company wasn't the only company sent out by the insurance company to the homeowners property for plumbing issues. we were the  third company out to her home on our first trip she had issues with other plumbing companies.

I am rejecting this response because:  I have sent pictures of the recites proving that Judieh Pluming DID REPLACE THE VALVE.  They are denying they did the work.  My home warranty agency and recites prove they did do the work!  They are not responding to my e mails with the pictures.  They are not responding to phone calls or messages left.

      Sincerely,

Hi,My name is ********. I am contacting you because I have a home warranty with you company. I've contacted your customer service at least 6 times over the last two days and have received no response. I called in a request because my toilet and tub where backed up. Your contractor came to the home to ***** the damage and in the process opened the sewer waste line for my home. Sewage spilled out of the line onto my sidewalk and street. He told the person's living at the home that he couldn't do this and left. He told them he would contact me.He did not close the line that he opened. Sewage continued to spew onto my sidewalk and street. I had to call an emergency plumber last night to snake the line and close the part that was opened by the plumber. Your contractor has not returned to clean up the mess he made. There is hazardous waste in front of my home and all over the street and I have no response. Now, I've had to call another contractor because I'm concerned I will be fined by the city because you did not clean up after yourself. This is completely unprofessional. I will contact BBB next. Below is a picture of the mess your contractor created.*******************************

      Good  Afternoon,

My name is ***** with Judieh Plumbing and our company was dispatched thru homeowners home warranty company American Home **************************** states he called our office 6 times we have no record of any of his calls the work order request stated that all facilities were backed up, upon the plumbers arrival he found the clean out was overflowing with sewage and was unable to clear the stoppage because  due to the hazardous waste.

Tech called in the report and the home warranty rep informed the  homeowner that a restoration company was needed as we are not responsible for any clean up which is clearly stated in Mr. homeowner's contract with his home warranty company.

we are not a licensed by the ******************* to remove hazderous waste, and any clean up of waste would fall under the homeowners responsibility.

Judieh Plumbing did an installation of Toilet at my house. Since the installation was not done correctly the water leaked from the pipe of the Tank and also from the bowl of the toilet causing water damages and mold issue in my Bathroom wall, Floor and baseboard . This happened due to incorrect installation from the plumber who installed the toilet. This issue of incorrect installation was corrected by a different company when the Leak deteriorated over a period of time. The company ( Superior Plumbing ) who rectified the incorrect install said the toilet was not correctly installed - Very loose connection from tank to bowl and toilet was not seated properly Report is attached . When I contacted Judieh plumbing stating the issue they denied that they have done anything wrong and will not be responsible for the damages caused by this Leak .This was clearly a very lousy workmanship from Judieh Plumbing and I strongly feel that they should fix the damages that was caused by this water leak in my property.

      Good morning,

Our company installed a toilet thru the homeowner's home warranty company Fidelity National back in **** of 2021, we installed the toilet and plumber  tested the new toilet with homeowner present and signed the invoice.

Our company is contracted thru his home warranty and has a 90 day warranty, according to the homeowner the ****** was not level with the flooring, if that was correct the toilet that was installed back in **** would not worked when tested, and would have leaked or even flooded the area,we also have pictures of before the install and after the new toilet was installed.

If the toilet was improperly installed the leak would have been evident from the time the tech left the property, and not 6 months after the fact.

I am rejecting this response because:

It is clearly stating from the diagnosis of second plumbing company ( Superior Plumbing) that the failure was due to incorrect installation of the toilet .

Loose connection from water tank to bowl kit.

      Toilet not seated properly .

This failure happened over time due to poor workmanship . I hope Judieh plumbing understand what is failure over a time period is .

They are responsible for the repairs of the damages caused by this issue.

      Sincerely,
