We ordered a bullfrog spa from a local dealer the Pool place.We ordered a 110 v spa .It took 2 months to have this custom made for us.We paid in full $11,500.We paid a licensed electrician$1,600 to have it ready to plug in.It is in a outdoor enclosed atrium.It arrived a week ago,NO plug to plug in.Called dealer he sends his electrician with a bright yellow *********** cord.NOPE! Dealer orders factory cord it arrives he installs,bzzzzzz flashing lights.my son in law not their electrician discovers ALL parts for a 220 ALL marked 220.They try to tell us they will order a 110 motor overnight,It doesnt show up.We call several licensed electricians all telling us you should not put a 110 motor with all parts saying 220.we kindly asked them to pay to convert what we paid 110 to convert to 220,to save wear and tear on our atrium and so we can use this spa.They refuse continuing to want to put a 110motor in a 220 parts spa.We have been patient had our calm interrupted lost sleep and still do not have a working spa.We have been willing to accept their error.Their would have been a plug if this was meant for that. They shipped a 220 spa and are trying to Frankenstein it. They need to do this correctly for the money we paid it should not even be a question.They want to save themselves money.This is wrong.
